Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds for Syndicate subscriptions. Last updated: June 10, 2026.
1. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly through PayPal until canceled. PayPal currently bills NT$140 TWD per month.
2. How to cancel
Cancel through PayPal’s automatic payment or subscription settings, or contact syndicateinc1028@gmail.com for assistance. Cancel before the next billing date. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or for a material service failure, started subscription periods are generally non-refundable and are not prorated. Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
4. Requesting a refund
Email syndicateinc1028@gmail.com with the account email, PayPal subscription ID, charge date, amount, and reason. Never email full card or bank details.
5. Interrupted founder pricing
Founder pricing applies only while the original subscription remains active. A new subscription after cancellation, failed payment, or interruption is subject to the then-current plan and price.
