Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Syndicate collects, uses, stores, and protects your data. Last updated: June 10, 2026.

1. Service provider and contact

Service provider: Syndicate. For privacy or data-rights requests, contact syndicateinc1028@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: Clerk user ID, name, email address, and authentication information.
  • Subscription data: PayPal subscription ID, plan, and payment status. Syndicate does not store full card or bank details.
  • User content: projects, member names, contributions, transactions, P&L, withdrawals, notes, and reports.
  • Technical data: necessary cookies, language preference, error records, and security logs.
  • Local data: your browser may retain a project backup and language settings.

3. Purposes and use

  • Create accounts, authenticate users, and provide subscription access.
  • Store, synchronize, and display user-entered project data.
  • Process subscription status, support requests, security, maintenance, and lawful requests.
  • We do not sell your personal data without your consent.

4. Service providers and international processing

We use Clerk, Supabase, PayPal, Vercel, and necessary infrastructure providers. Data may be processed outside Taiwan according to each provider’s infrastructure and privacy policy.

5. Retention and security

Data is generally retained until the account or service relationship ends, plus any period required for law, payment disputes, or security. We use reasonable access controls and account isolation, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Contact us to request access, a copy, correction, cessation of collection or use, or deletion of personal data. Identity verification may be required. You must clear browser storage yourself to remove local backup data.

7. Minors

The service is not directed primarily to minors. Minors should obtain consent from a legal representative before use.

8. Policy updates

We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
